- Important claims are specific, supportable and not exaggerated.
- Common customer questions are answered in plain Australian English.
3. Trust and credibility
Give people and search systems reasons to rely on the information.
- Team names, experience, qualifications and responsibilities are current and accurate.
- Expert content shows who wrote or reviewed the information where relevant.
- Policies, contact details and ownership information are easy to find.
- Reviews are recent, authentic and used in line with applicable advertising rules.
4. Search foundations
Strong GEO starts with a website that ordinary search engines can access and understand.
- Important pages can be crawled and indexed and are not accidentally blocked.
- Every important page has one descriptive main heading and a useful page title.
- Related services, team information, locations and FAQs are connected with internal links.
- The website is fast, readable and easy to use on a mobile phone.
5. Machine-readable details
Structured information should clarify—not contradict—what a visitor sees.
- Organisation or local business schema accurately describes the business.
- Service, team and location details in schema match the visible page.
- The site has an XML sitemap and a crawl-friendly robots.txt file.
- Google Search Console is connected and checked for indexing problems.
