GEOboost (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through geoboost.com.au and in connection with our generative engine optimisation services.

When you request an AI visibility check or contact us, we may collect:
- your name and work email address;
- your business name, type, suburb and website address;
- information you choose to provide about your marketing priorities;
- correspondence between you and GEOboost; and
- basic technical information needed for security and reliable delivery, such as request time and anti-spam verification data.
Please do not submit customer records, health information or other sensitive personal information through our enquiry form.
2. Why we collect it
We collect and use this information to:
- review your business’s public online presence;
- prepare and respond to your requested visibility check;
- provide quotes, services and customer support;
- maintain the security and operation of our website; and
- meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
We will not add you to general marketing emails unless you separately choose to receive them. We do not sell personal information.
3. Public website information
Our audits may review information already publicly available on your website, Google Business Profile, public directories, review platforms and search or AI-assisted services. We use that material only to provide or demonstrate the service you requested, subject to the relevant platform terms.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, deliver forms or email, manage business systems and provide professional advice. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role. Our website is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure, which may process limited technical information to deliver and secure the site.
Some service providers may process information outside Australia. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to select reputable providers and handle information consistently with Australian privacy requirements.
5. Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry and service information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it where practical.

The first version of this website does not intentionally use advertising cookies. If analytics or marketing technologies are introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before they are enabled.
