1. About this website
GEOboost provides information about generative engine optimisation, AI search visibility, local search optimisation and related services for businesses. Website content is general information and does not constitute legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
2. No ranking or recommendation guarantee
Search engines, AI assistants and third-party platforms control their own crawling, indexing, ranking, citation and recommendation systems. Those systems change and may provide inconsistent results. GEOboost does not guarantee that a website or business will be indexed, ranked, cited, mentioned or recommended by any particular platform.
Any audit, score, monitoring result or recommendation is a point-in-time assessment based on available information and reasonable professional judgement. It should not be read as a promise of traffic, enquiries, revenue or other commercial outcomes.
3. Free visibility checks
A free visibility check is a limited, high-level review. Its scope, timing and availability are at our discretion. It is not a substitute for a full technical, legal, industry-compliance or marketing review. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship or require either party to purchase or provide paid services.
4. Paid services
Prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. The precise scope, deliverables, access requirements, timing, payment terms and cancellation arrangements for paid work will be confirmed in a separate written proposal or service agreement before work begins.
The $399 monthly service is advertised as cancel-anytime with no long-term lock-in. Any notice period, work already performed, third-party charges and final billing arrangements will be stated in the applicable service agreement.
5. Client responsibilities
If you engage GEOboost, you are responsible for:
- providing accurate information, timely feedback and appropriate system access;
- reviewing and approving content before publication where agreed;
- ensuring all service, qualification, pricing and advertising claims are accurate and legally compliant;
- obtaining necessary permissions for content, images, reviews and personal information you provide; and
- maintaining secure backups and appropriate access controls for your systems.
6. Industry rules and approvals
Some businesses are subject to specific professional, advertising, testimonial, licensing or product rules. GEOboost can help structure and communicate information but does not provide legal or regulatory compliance advice. The client remains responsible for final approval and compliance of its advertising and public claims.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, overwhelm the service, impersonate another person, infringe another party’s rights or use the enquiry form for spam or unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, graphics and original materials on this website are owned by or licensed to GEOboost. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, sell, publish or create derivative commercial materials from the website without written permission.
Names and trade marks belonging to third-party AI, search and software providers remain the property of their respective owners. References to those services do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

This website may refer or link to third-party websites and services. We do not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices and are not responsible for them.
