Monthly content assistance

Each Website Care plan includes one minor content amendment of up to 15 minutes per month.

Is Website Care just hosting?
No. Website Care combines managed hosting with SSL, uptime and technical monitoring, security, form monitoring, maintenance, basic support and one minor content amendment of up to 15 minutes each month.
What counts as the monthly minor content amendment?
It is a small text, image or content adjustment that can be completed within 15 minutes. Unused amendment time does not accumulate or roll over. Larger requests are assessed and priced before work begins.
How is additional website work charged?
Ordinary website work is $180 per hour plus GST and is billed in 15-minute increments. Custom software and development is $220 per hour plus GST or may be quoted as a fixed project. Complex work is scoped before commencement.
Are backups included in Website Care?
Version control and backups are included where applicable to the website’s technical setup. The exact protection and recovery approach depends on the architecture and is confirmed for the website.
